Twilfitt and Tatting's is a wizarding clothing store that is mentioned a couple of times in the books. It’s mainly a place where fancy and rich wizards and witches shop, and it's also known to have somewhat of a reputation for serving pure-blood customers such as Narcissa Malfoy.
