《Applause》（掌声）由Lady GaGa和DJ White Shadow共同撰写。收录于Lady Gaga第三张个人录音室专辑《ARTPOP》中，为首波主打单曲，已于2013年8月13日电台首发。

单曲封面是由时尚摄影师组合伊内兹·冯·兰姆斯韦德 (Inez van Lamsweerde) 和维努德·玛达丁(VinoodhAPPLAUSE封面 Matadin)操刀，十分具有抽象主义风格。凭借疯狂抽象而写实的角度，面部缤纷奇幻的油彩、洁白的背景以及纯黑的头套，隐隐透出一股波普气息，也极具艺术境界。曲封面灵感来自小丑、歌剧、波普艺术以及日本视觉摇滚乐队Pierrot的Pierrot-esque face。
