This pretty crochet skirt can be made in one evening depending on your skill level and the length you want. If you want the high-waisted skirt then just make more rounds up or more circles to make it longer. This simple pattern will help you create your own original skirt.

Materials:

Yarn: Gazzal Baby Cotton 60% Cotton, 40% Acrylic, 246 yards / 50 grams, Sport / 5 ply – 4 skeins

Crochet Hook:2 mm

Stitches Used: ch-chain, sl st-slip stitch, sc-single crochet, dc-double crochet

Size:M

Crochet as many chains as you need to fit tightly around your waist or hips. Join with sl st to first chain.

Round 1: ch-3, dc in each ch around, join with sl st to top of ch-3

Round 2: ch-2, sc in each dc around, join with sl st to top of ch-2

Round 3: ch-3, dc in each sc around, join with sl st to top of ch-3

Make the second part of the skirt

Then sew them this way

Row 1: * ch-7, 8 dc in the 4th ch from the hook, join with sl st to first ch, 8 dc in the 4th ch, join with sl st to 7th ch **, repeat from * to ** as many times as you need
